Why can’t I buy one of these…? Vendor says “I’m retired”. Did Tera stop selling it?
That’s because you get this mount at lv 11 now.
The one you get at 11 is only 240 speed.
Why did they do this? The one you start with is the Bay Gelding which only has a movement speed of 240.
It seems that a few people are having similar problems getting the fast bay gelding, might be a glitch since the vendor did used to sell the book to buy.

If theres a bug or a glitch it hasnt been fixed. otherwise, it doesnt seem to be availible from Haines at all
